Vida de Planta is offered under the Lucksrei Systems brand by LUCAS DIOGO FRANCA, a sole proprietor (trade name LUCKS TECH) registered under Brazilian company tax ID (CNPJ) no. 54.868.173/0001-55, based in Goiânia/GO, Brazil. Vida de Planta is the product name; Lucksrei Systems is the brand; the party responsible for the service is LUCAS DIOGO FRANCA.

What the app offers

Tools to organize plant care: routines, reminders, a diary and suggestions. The app is currently free, as is. This is not a promise that it will stay free: features and conditions may change.

Care suggestions

The guidance is general and does not replace professional knowledge. Every plant and environment is different: observe your plant.

Species identification

Identification is an automatic suggestion and may be wrong, especially between look-alike species. Some plants are toxic to people and animals: never eat, brew tea from, or offer to people or animals a plant, leaf, flower or fruit based only on the app's identification or suggestions. In case of ingestion or suspected contact, seek medical or veterinary care immediately.

Your data

Your plants and photos are yours. Since they stay on your device, keeping copies is your responsibility if you want them.

Proper use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or try to overload or bypass the limits of the identification service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lucksrei Systems is not liable for losses arising from use of the app or mistaken suggestions, nor for unavailability of third-party services.
